Coaching Cancellation Policy
TORCA's coaching program is run by hard working volunteers and the introduction of a Cancellation Policy is intended to cut down on unnecessary administration time. All programs will run rain or shine. If TORCA must cancel a lesson due to unforeseen circumstances, we will reschedule free of charge or provide a refund.
Scheduled Programs:
Cancellations for Single Day Skills Clinics & Progression Sessions:
Transfers to another scheduled TORCA program:
Exceptions:
- More than 2 weeks before (14+ days prior): Full refund on registration fee, minus 10% administration fee
- Less that 2 weeks before (13 days or less): 50% refund on registration fee.
- 3 days or less (within 72 hours of first or only lesson, including a no-show): Non-refundable registration fee unless you can find someone of equal riding level to take your spot, instructor to determine suitability of replacement student for clinic level based on registration questionnaire.
Transfers to another scheduled TORCA program:
- Written request for transfer to lesson of equal value more than 14 days before the start date of the program. Once a student has transferred to another lesson, there is no further option for transfer or refund moving forward.
Exceptions:
- Any students who register for a session or series and the instructor determines that they have signed up for a lesson of the wrong skill level based on pre-clinic correspondence. Students will be reassigned to a more appropriate clinic of equal value free of charge.
- We understand that accidents happen and sometimes life gets crazy, injury or other significant circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Custom Sessions:
Cancellations:
- Minimum of 72 hours notice to be provided to instructor to reschedule custom session at no additional cost, lesson to be rescheduled at the convenience of both parties.
- Prepayment of custom coaching lesson is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
