a. Encourage participation in recreational and competitive cycling to people of all ages and abilities
b. Promote responsible cycling practices
c. Participate in the planning processes for and the management of recreational lands as it relates to cycling access and use
d. Partner with government agencies and other local user groups to plan, construct and maintain approved mountain bike trail networks
e. Educate riders and the general public about bike safety and practices that minimize user conflicts, trail damage and ecological impacts
